Foundations & Substructure: Traditional mass concrete foundations with beam & block ground floor.
Superstructure: Load bearing masonry cavity external walls with localised steel frame; timber cut roof structure. Additional air tightness measures were undertaken and the property achieved a rating of 2.9m³/hr
