Tony founded the practice over 15 years ago, bringing experience from some of the UK’s largest architectural firms into a personal, design-led setting for homeowners and self-builders. His work spans thoughtful extensions, sensitive remodels, and bespoke new homes, and has received national recognition, regularly featuring in leading self-build and home design publications.

As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT), Tony combines technical expertise with a design-led approach, ensuring each project is practical, buildable, and tailored to the people who will live in it. At the core of his philosophy is a passion for creating homes that genuinely improve everyday living, and he works closely with clients throughout every stage of their project

Chris joined the practice in 2013 after studying Architecture at Birmingham City University and gaining experience at several architectural practices. He quickly realised that his passion lay in the residential market, where he could focus on creating homes that truly respond to the needs of the people who live in them.

Chris has a strong focus on technical design, using standard products in innovative ways to achieve bespoke solutions. He excels at balancing creativity with cost-efficiency—a common challenge in residential projects—while making efficient use of space and responding thoughtfully to the unique challenges of each site. As a director, he plays a key role in shaping the studio and guiding clients through the design and construction journey, ensuring clarity, practicality, and design-led solutions at every stage.

Patrick joined the practice in 2020 after completing a degree in 3D Visualisation. Initially brought on to support Stage 1 design development and planning submissions, Patrick has since broadened his role significantly, developing a strong understanding of the technical stages of our projects.

Over the years, Patrick has worked closely with Chris and Tony, shadowing projects through their various stages and gaining valuable hands-on experience across the full design process. Alongside this, he continues to drive the development of our 3D visualisation output and VR services, helping clients better understand and engage with their projects from an early stage.

With his growing technical knowledge and passion for visual communication, Patrick has become an integral part of the team and a key contributor to the evolution of our design and presentation capabilities.

Hendrix is the studios resident beagle and the unofficial site inspector. Often heard before he’s seen, he keeps everyone on their toes during site visits and around the office, making sure things are noticed and nothing goes unnoticed.
