When we approached Tony and his team, we already had some ideas/drawings from our initial architect but this was augmented by new suggestions which proved way better than we could have expected. Although we absolutely loved the new proposals, we were deeply sceptical about it being approved by the planning department as we’re next to a listed building and in the green belt.

Chris was outstanding with managing this side of things - very effective communication with the planning department and we were granted planning permission with no issues - we didn’t need to change a thing - quite unbelievable!
