Procurement Method: Main Contractor to complete weather tight shell (JCT Homeowner Contract). Client appointing individual trade contractors for fit out stage.
Construction Technique:
Foundations & Substructure: Existing traditional mass concrete foundations and ground floor retained with new foundations for garage extension.
Superstructure: Masonry cavity walls with localised steel frame to ground floor; First floor constructed with timber frame wall fabricated on site; Timber cut pitched roof with glulam beams.
Tony Holt Design Appointment: Stage 1 - Design & Planning. Stage 2 - Full working drawings including assembly details. Stage 3 - Tender Support. Stage 4 - Full on site support to client and delivery team.
