Superstructure: Prefabricated SIPS (structurally Insulated Panel System) first floor walls and roof.
Tony Holt Design Appointment: Stage 1 - Design & Planning. Stage 2 - Full working drawings including assembly details. Stage 3 - Tender Support. Stage 4 - Ad-hoc on site support.

Located in a tricky conservation area and on a sloping site, the owners of this 1930’s chalet bungalow wanted to modernise the existing dwelling in order to meet their families requirements.
