Construction Technique:
Foundations & Substructure: Traditional foundations and ground bearing slab.
Superstructure: Masonry cavity walls with engineer metal web joists and cut roof combined with a warm roof finished in single ply membrane & aluminium fascia's.
Tony Holt Design Appointment: Design and planning, full working drawings and assembly details. Ad-hoc support during construction phase.
