PLANNING GRANTED : SELF BUILD REPLACEMENT DWELLING IN CHICHESTER, WEST SUSSEX

We are delighted with this consent in Chichester for a contemporary new build dwelling. The proposed 320m² 2 storey dwelling replaces a, existing 120m² single storey bungalow . The design internally provides 4 double bedrooms, 3 en-suites and a family bathroom. We included a sun terrace to the south facing front elevation which also enjoys sea glimpses. Externally a contemporary appearance was welcomed by the planners and with justification based on enhancing the design generally in the area Chichester District Council were happy to support the scheme which was passed by delegated powers.
