PLANNING GRANTED : SELF BUILD REMODEL IN SPECIAL CHARACTER AREA, FERNDOWN, DORSET

Our Client for this self build project in Dorset got off to great start in 2017, obtaining planning consent for our design to remodel an existing chalet bungalow. After a surprisingly successful pre-application consultation (very unusual!), the householder application sailed through and was granted by delegated powers without any negotiations or amendments. We have now been instructed to commence on the working drawing and technical design so more detailed costs can be obtained. The construction phase is planned to commence later this year.
